Attorney and partner Pete Giglione presented a CLE session on the admissibility of social media and text messages at this year’s Pennsylvania Association for Justice’s annual summer meeting, held at The Omni Bedford Springs. Attorney Giglione covered all current Pennsylvania and federal case law and rules, teaching the lawyers how to obtain and use in court text messages and social media posts to help their clients’ cases.
